Wong Tai Sin District is a northern district in Kowloon, Hong Kong, ranked 11th out of 28 districts in terms of both educational attainment and median income. The theme in this year’s festival is artificial intelligence (AI). UnitedChild hosted a booth at the event to educate on how to appropriately use AI by playing a game of “Real v.s. AI-generated Photos”. This game taught the young audience, around 350 throughout the day, the characteristics of AI-generated images and how to distinguish between real and AI images to prevent scams and misleading information. As youths growing up in a technologically evolving society, we have the right to know what is true or not with what we see online.
